Keep on dreaming!

Hello fellow bloggers!
Thought I would share some of the items off my mahoosive wish list:) started it off a couple of weeks ago and it keeps on growing.. I better get saving!
First off, a 6 piece brush set from Bobbi Brown, I've always quite liked her make up range, it looks very natural and the brushes are very good. It's supposed to be £139.00 which is way over priced for some brushes, but after looking on eBay I found some very good deals!

Next up is another one of Bobbi Browns items, it's a foundation that is highly recommended by others, it's the 'Natural Finish Long Lasting Foundation', it's normal price is £29.00 but like I said before I can get a better deal on eBay.

I've been wanting a pair of bright blue shorts for quite some time now but never got round to finding the right pair, but finally I found some, yay! They're from New Look and are £13.99 which I think is quite a good deal:)

This is also something that I've been wanting for quite some time and looked literally everywhere for it, it's a lovely knitted cardigan from Topshop in a dusty pink colour. I would probably get it in the size above usual as I think that things like this look much better baggier on you. It is £46.00 which is quite a rip off for what you are getting, but Primark will probably do one for much cheaper!

I saw a skirt like this recently in Primark but I never tried it on, I love the colour of it and think it's a really flattering skirt. It's from New Look and is £14.99 which I think is a good price to pay for what you want:)

Brogues have recently come back into fashion and now everybody wants a pair, including me! I found a great pair in New Look on sale for just £15.00 saving a fiver! I love them as they would go with absolutely anything!

That's all for now m'dears, I'll put the links below for the shops mentioned in this post.

Laser Quest!

Wow, I haven't done a post in ages, sorry about that guy's!
Anyway, about a week ago it was my best friends birthday and to celebrate it, we all went to laser quest! I never really knew much about laser quest, I always thought it was more of a boys thing really. I thought that it would be a bit rough and tumble but it was brilliant!
It was in the Trafford Centre in Manchester, when we got there we chose our names and so forth then we went into a very space-like/robotic room for the instructions then afterwards we went through a metal door to find all the gear we needed for the game.
They were quite chunky vest type things with flashing lights on the shoulders and a silver pad on the front and back. The lights would either flash green or red depending on what team you were on, and the pads were where the opposite team would shoot to get points.
We were given a couple of last minute safety rules then we were off! We went through some doors and it was like a huge obstacle course, it had two levels with plenty of hiding places to shoot people from, it was quite smoky at the start but I think that added to the overall effect of the game. It was brilliant! I was on the green team in the first game ad came 16th out of the whole team, I was quite proud of myself if I'm honest:')
After two games of laser quest, we all went to Frankie and Benny's restaurant, it took us a while to find it but it was worth it! The food was delicious, I had a yummy chicken burger and chips, it was very good. They then brought out a cake for the birthday girl and we all sung happy birthday, the cake was delicious, it had creamy chocolate icing on, that was the best part.
After the food we all went back to Sophie's house for a bit, all the girls slept but we all happily showed the boys the door.
Overall I had a brilliant time and would highly recommend it to anyone that asks!

Is this really summer?

Summer. Defined as the warmest season of the year.
Clearly, the dictionary is wrong as since I have been on summer holidays, it has done pretty much nothing but rain. Yes we have had a few days of glorious sunshine, but it's very rare that we get it.
At times the rain doesn't really bother me, but when I'm trying to shop or need to go somewhere that just does it for me. All I want to do is shop in peace with my friends but oh no, we can't have that can we, it's forbidden-.-
Hopefully it will brighten up before the holidays end, I'd quite like to get a tan before we go back to school, I'll be pasty white compared to everyone else!

Just to give you an idea of what it's like, so beautiful isn't it!

Bridesmania!

Hello fellow bloggers! So last year I was a bridesmaid at my cousins wedding, and I never really got round to doing any professional pictures of my dress and everything else, I had a bit of time to spare today so I thought I may as well do them now:)
The necklace, earrings, and hair piece were all what I wore on the day with the dress, we had them specially made from a quaint little shop in Brigg near Scunthorpe and they came wrapped in tissue paper in the silver boxes shown, I personally think they matched the dresses lovely.
The bracelet shown in the 6th and 7th picture is what I was given for being a part of their special day. It's a gorgeous silver link with pearls and cubic zirconia that sit nicely on it. It is from the "Azendi" company for which I will put a link below for:)
The dress is actually a navy blue colour even though it looks black in most of the pictures. It's such a beautiful dress made from satin and little beads hand stitched onto it. The top part of it kind of folds over to make a sash type look with the beads running down the front of the dress along the seam of the sash, and at the top where the chest area is. On the back of the dress it has very simple corset style back which adds to the whole effect of the dress. It was from a shop called "It's Bliss' which I will put the link below for.
